Kansas State rated # 18 in preseason AP survey

Utah's spread was anywhere from 5th to 21st,  Oklahoma State's from 9th to unranked 61 of 62 placed),  Arizona was rated as high as 8th,  while 11 citizens did not rank them,  and Kansas got a ballot at 14th from Rece Davis,  yet no ballots in any way from 15 writers. No teams outside the Power 4 are ranked,  with Boise State at # 28 being the leading G6 vote-getter; only five teams outside the P4 got any kind of ballots whatsoever. A Lot Of Check Out Slate: Sufficient! The Wildcats were not best,  yet a win is still an excellent start to the period. Felines go up to # 17 in AP Survey 3 groups over the Cats lost and plunged,  however 2 got huge boosts to leapfrog the excellent guys.
